success relies on us supplying the best quality products and
services to our Customers, at the best possible Customer Service
and prices. We ensure that all of our products are supplied
direct from the manufacturers, thus ensuring that we do not
supply any grey merchandise.
1.
Investigation & Response
We
will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days in writing.
The Director, Max Manners, will investigate each complaint
and he will respond to you by email or snail mail dependant
on the contact details that you have sent us. We aim to achieve
Customer satisfaction re any complaint within a maximum 14
days of the complaint being received. We will ensure that
you are fully aware of any developments during this time.
You
may post comments about your experience of using this service
on Which? Online forum discussions.
2.
Incorrect Order
If
you have ordered the wrong goods, you can return them to us,
within 14 days of receiving them, for a full credit, (except
for delivery charges).
Any
returned goods must be in good condition, unused & unopened.
Please
check all items are as required upon receipt.
3.
Incorrect Delivery, or Damaged Goods, or Faulty Goods
If
we have sent you the wrong, or damaged, or faulty goods, we
will give you a full credit for goods & delivery, or replacement
goods, dependant upon your request, when we receive them.
You will receive the credit within 7 working days. You will
not be responsible for delivery charges.
4.
Cancellation
You
have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days
without giving a reason. In the case of goods the 7 days start
from when you receive the goods and with services the time
starts from when the contract was made. You may have to pay
the cost of returning the goods. Where you exercise their
right to cancel, we will return your money within 30 days
of the cancellation.
