The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334)

1TripCamera.com will at all times abide by these regulations and will attempt to give but Customer Service than these regulations require. The following is taken from the regulations.
“Regulations give consumers the unconditional right to cancel an order
The consumer must inform the supplier within the time limits shown.

Goods - seven working days starting with the day on which they are delivered.
Services - seven working days starting with the day on which the consumer agreed to go ahead with the contract.
The consumer must ensure that they take reasonable care of goods and returns them to the seller (or his/her representative).

If the consumer decides to cancel, the seller must refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of the consumer's decision to cancel. The consumer may, at the seller's discretion, only be charged for the cost of returning the goods.

Consumers cannot cancel an agreement or return goods for:

Services which begin with their agreement before the end of the seven-working-day cancellation period;
Goods or services the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market;
Goods made to their personal specifications;
Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (e.g. electricity) or are liable to deteriorate rapidly (e.g. flowers);
Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which they have subsequently opened;
Newspapers, periodicals or magazines; or
Betting, gaming or lottery services.”
